One of my favorite cheat meals is chips, dip and Nor-Cal margaritas with Mama Gary and Nanny (my hubby’s mom and aunt) at Gringo’s. I know, I know, chips and dip ARE NOT PALEO. A girl has to live a little 😉
I have created my own version of Gringo’s green sauce, paleo-style of course. Instead of chips, you could bake thinly sliced yucca, beets or parsnips.
OMG Green Sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1/3 c coconut milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Break up the avocado with a fork and mix with coconut milk and garlic powder. Double, triple or quadruple the recipe for more!
